I would like to send a short note thanking your employee's for the fast service I received when my 2005 Trail Blazer had trouble on the way home from Colorado.

[We] started losing power on the highway when we saw your dealership. We pulled in at 11:00 AM on Oct 24. Spoke to Steve Eickstaedt and he went right to work. Your people found the problem, fixed it and we were on the road by 1:00 PM.

Recently I had an issue with my H2 and was having some difficulty with the personnel from the extended warranty dept. Once the warranty issues were resolved there was some delays in getting the parts needed...

I want to let you know that Steve was very professional during this time. He kept in touch with me on a daily basis and he never made excuses... ONce the parts arrived, my vehicle was fixed and I was notified without further delay.

...being the owner of a H3, since 2005 and now an H2, I have only positive things to say about your service dept. because of the professionalism they have displayed to me recently and in the past. Both of these guys, as well as the rest of the service dept., should be commended on the professionalism and personal involvement that they take to satisfy the customer(s) and assure their vehicles are fixed properly and are back on the road in a timely manner.

I want to let you know that I was pleased with some major work done on my
2001 Bonneville. The professionalism displayed by Steve and
Jason was and is deeply appreciated. One of the things I had done was a
latch repair to the right rear door. Yesterday my dash display read that
the door was ajar when closed. I called Steve this morning and he got me
right in this afternoon and did a n/c [no charge] adjustment to correct the display
message. I felt they cared about making repairs without unnecessary
expense. Also while I was waiting for Steve to finish a phone call this
afternoon one of your tech's made it a point to greet me. It has been said,
Business goes where it is invited and stays where it is appreciated. I will
be back.

I wanted to take a minute to send you a note on our experience with D and D Hummer. It all starts with Mark Copeland. Mark will get all of my business from here on out.
